Cowbell commences the construction of 20 boreholes as part of the activities marking the 20th Anniversary Celebration in Ghana.

As part of the activities marking the 20th Anniversary Celebration of Cowbell in Ghana, the brand has commenced the construction of 20 boreholes across the country. The borehole project forms part of other community support initiatives promised by the brand during the media launch of the celebration. When completed, 20 selected communities from different parts of the country will have access to clean and safe drinking water. The ground-breaking ceremony, which commenced the construction of the boreholes, was preceded by a well-patronized media launch.

Speaking at the ceremony of the first borehole to be constructed, the Marketing Manager for Promadsidor Ghana, Mr. Shine Akiem Torsoo, reaffirmed Cowbell’s commitment to continually support the holistic development of Ghanaian communities. According to Mr. Torsoo, water is a basic necessity of life and should be accessible to everyone irrespective of their socio-economic standing. He further expressed his excitement about the commencement of the project. The ground-breaking ceremony for the first borehole took place at Aminapah, an underprivileged village in the south-eastern part of the regional capital of the country.

The anniversary celebration was also marked with a donation of 200,000 Cowbell sachets to all regional hospitals across the country.
